Welcome to the FAQ page; here is a list of frequently asked questions found from Discord, Facebook, and the official Privateer Press forums. The answers to each of these questions are found either in the official Monsterpocalypse Rulebook or answered by an Infernal.

General Rule FAQ

• Q: If you destroy a Power Plant with Devastation do you get Power Dice from the units securing it or not?
• A: Yes, you get the power dice from the units before Blast Radius ability triggers.

• Q: Can you step in between Lightning Attack and Ultimate Weapon?
• A: Yes.

• Q: If you have Power Gorge then perform a Swat power attack, how many Power Dice do you get?
• A: Four each instance of Power Gorge triggers per destroyed enemy model. So you get 2 from the initial unit and an additional 2 from the swatted unit, assuming all the target hits.

Protector

• Q: Can Krakenoctus Waterlogged turn off the central hazard in Isle of Annihilation
• A: No Waterlogged says that it flips hazard tile, the central hazard in Isle of Annihilation is not a hazard tile.

• Q: Can Defender X's Beat back moves the enemy monster in a diagonal line?
• A: No Beat back says two spaces in a straight line in any direction.

• Q: Can Rocket Ape retain it's Aim bonus from being advanced by Command Ape?
• A: No advance is considered moving.

Destroyer

• Q: If I control 2 Power Pod and controlling 2 power zones, how many Power Dice do I get?
• A: You get 3. Each instance of Amplify can only trigger once. So you get 2 Power Dice from each of the power zones you control and then 1 additional from Amplify.

• Q: If I advance my Meat Slave into a Hazard Tile during the advance phase, can the spawned unit advance?
• A: If the unit you spawn has immunity to hazard then you can make a full advance with the slightly charred unit
